      I was digging around for more information on this when I discovered this website. Click on the link to find there's a whole movement out there – both at home and abroad – to make more apartment blocks smoke-free. And before anybody complains about persecution and your right to do what you want in your own home, remember, you need a 75 percent vote in a strata block to enact these by-laws. With 17 percent of people in Australia smoking, and apathy being what it is, it's no easy matter getting these by-laws over the line.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
