How much are strata fees per-quarter, in modern apartment buildings built 2000-onwards.

I’m talking about the ones that have 2-lifts,indoor 20-25m pool, gym, underground parking.

And ones where the common-price of a 2-bedder is at least 800K and above.

Often it may have a building-manager or a full time 24hr concierge, and CCTV cameras car-park and front-entrance.

Any rough guide unofficial averages. Sinking funds also often eat up alot of cash in new and old buildings.
