      Flood water recently entered ground floor garages Etc Many cars were lost due to water damage. Insurance claim was made for general cleaning up of area plus four garage doors, Insurance rejected all claims as  ( Flood Damage )

      My point is that the garage doors were all damaged by the 1 ton  ( Common Property ) garbage bins

      actually smashing into the doors. The doors were not : Water Damaged ” either

      by water itself or flood water pressure Etc, The doors were simply smashed in by unsecured  garbage bins. 

      Only the doors hit by garbage bins were damaged in any way.Another ten not touched by the bins suffered no damage what so ever. 

      Can all items, listed in insurance claims be all classed as flood damage in such circumstances

      Without the unsecured bins being involved, My door would still be intact

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
