      Have you ever asked yourself the question What does a strata manager actually do?

      What do they really do because when it really comes down to it and you take a moment to think about it or they are really doing is paying bills for owners corporations and taking excessive amounts for this.

      If someone thinks otherwise let me know, I am curious to find a strata manager that actually knows anything about the buildings they are managing and perhaps even more than just a location from a map or gps.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
