Strata managers who are part of a franchise

      Hi
      Is there anything to be aware of, if considering switching to a strata manager who indicates they are part of a franchise? For example I know franchises are bought and sold…would this be more likely if the umbrella organisation is seen to be facilitating this on the home website?

      Does anyone know if strata franchisees are experiencing hardship as a result of excessive fees from their umbrella organisation?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
