      On what date does a by-law become effective, is it the date that the AGM votes to accept the by law or is it the date on which the by-law is registered?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
