      Can some provide advise on what happens if there is a quorum and a motion goes to a vote and the EC members at the meeting are equally split on the vote?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
