I am preparing a submission for NCAT relating to four issues:

Compulsory appointed managing agent re-appointing themselves as Executive committee for another 12 months after only being appointed for 12 months.

Repairs and maintenance issues not resolved in 28 years

Common property used for exclusive use.

Retrospective approval for common property repairs and replacement.

Do I tender all my evidence in the initial submission or do I wait for the hearing to tender the bulk of my evidence of photos, emails, builders and engineer reportsreports, doctor reports, etc?

I look forward to your advice

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
