When is an owner deemed as unfinancial?

      Hi All,

      If your strata levies are due on say the 1st of November but you have 28 days to pay, does this mean you are deemed as unfinancial from the 1st of November or from the end of the 28 days?

      This is ACT based if that makes any difference.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
