Who is the Director General of NSW for strata complaints

      Hi, I have a serious complaint regarding the conduct of a strata manager and wish to pursue it under the Property Stock & Business Agents Act 2002 and  Regulations.

      I believe I can make a direct complaint to the Director General under section 194 of the Act, who is the Director General and where do I direct my complaint.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
