I’m brand new to strata living – one month in – in NSW.

I just got a water bill and it’s not clear to me if there is water usage on there. Just appears to be service charges. Surely individual units pay for their own water usage?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
