      We have a new Executive Committee here at our strata of 42 in NSW. One new member who put her own name forward, was elected and became Treasurer.

      Now, unexpectedly, it’s her husband (we assume, he seems to live there) is the name in all the paperwork. This seems odd and not good governance, at the very least. 

      Should something be done, can anyone tell me please? We also have a Strata Manager.

      (This is a bit like another post—husband and wife tag team.)

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
