      We are looking at buying an apartment in a building which has had problems with unstable glass in the windows. We have been told that if the glass breaks, insurance from Owners Corp will cover the outside of the glass  panels, but we are liable to insure inside surface of panels. Is this normal practice?  Which insurance companies are likely to provide insurance in these circumstances. 

      I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions. Thank you.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
