Breaching tenants for not closing gate

      The CCTV footage at my complex is being used to monitor tenants coming and going in the complex to see who doesn’t close the gate. That tenant is then threatened with a breach. Is this legal in Western Australia?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
