      Firearms on common property.
We can assume the owner in the scenario has the appropriate licence for the firearm and stores it in accordance with the legislated requirements and understand shooting over land means no bullet can enter any lot space without that lot owner’s approval. (Assuming cubic space translates to land for the purpose of shooting over land)

Large strata plan with a few hundred acres of common property.
Out of the city limits, Southern Highlands shall we say.
The owners, all owners, have an equitable interest as tenants in common (TIC) of that common property.
Does an owner need the approval of all the other tenants in commons to be wandering the common property with a firearm, say, looking to dispatch a feral cat?

If the ownership of the land is tenants in common, then it is not strata titled. ( first point)

Strata title is where an entity called the owners corporation owns the land and buildings and each lot owner owns a cubic space.

Secondly, my understanding of the gun laws is that one can shoot on common property ( within some restrictions) with the permission of the land owner. Since this land has multiple owners, everyone would need to agree to the shooter.
