We had our AGM on Saturday. The Strata manager was terrible at keeping track on who had proxies and nominees. During the count I reminded him 2 proxies also nominated themselves for the committee. He then counted 11, I pointed out 2 were unfinancial. There was a lot of confusion and I lost track but I did mention the two paper nominees again. After the meeting the committee hung around, it turned out one of the nominees did not declare his relationship to the builder but had already left by then, so the unfinancial tried again to get and on again by messaging his wife for proof of payment which she didn’t reply.

Afterwards I realised the two paper nominees were NOT included. We had 8 that were guarantee on the committee and Even decided on our positions. I’m not sure what strata said to the unfinancial but we basically  have9 positions and 10/11 possible nominees. I emailed strata immediately and waiting for Monday for a response. It’s a mess, so I was wondering where do we go from here?
