Why is my building displaying a QR code as a requirement of entry? The Public Health order does not require this for a residential building and yet the Strata Manager and Owners Corporation request a QR code to be displayed.
They have had to make false and misleading declarations in order to obtain these in the application process.
There is no requirement for any workers and/or visitors to have to do this either under the Public Health orders so what is the legality of what seems to be an extraordinary over reach by both parties.
I also have concerns that they are using the cctv system in a manner to harrass and intimidate residents into complying as well as monitoring such things as visitors entering. I know the laws on the use of cctv are very vague in NSW but I would think that they are actually using cctv in a manner that would be problematic.
