Want to learn how to take the stress out of apartment renovations or enjoy high-rise harmony with your pets … and your neighbours?

City of Sydney is launching another series of free interactive workshops for apartment dwellers where industry experts will provide practical advice for successful apartment living.

The free workshops run from March to June and will cover issues affecting apartment owners and residents, including buying off the plan, renovations, living with pets and strata governance and finance.

In a press release, Lord Mayor Clover Moore says the popular workshops will give city residents the skills and knowledge to live smarter and happier lives in strata apartments.

“Four out of five of our residents already live in apartment buildings and that number is expected to increase as our population grows,” the Lord Mayor said.

“Whether it’s the rules around pet ownership or getting repairs or renovations done, we’re organising these free workshops to help make life easier for the growing number of apartment owners and residents in our area.”
