    Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU for your post/reply. I have been without internet and away on holidays but I wanted to let you know I have taken the actions you advised. I don't have any responses other than acknowledgement at this point but I have only just addressed the issue so will be in position at the next EC meeting.
