Can the committee duck responsibility for cleaning inaccessible windows?

      Our strata committee has elected not to have the inaccessible windows in our property washed. They have not been cleaned for years. Given strata is responsible for cleaning these windows, can they simply opt out because “they will just get dirty again”?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
