Hi, Not sure if this would work in your case. You don’t say which state you are in. If I understand things correctly, in NSW the National Civil and Administrative Tribunal can call for a compulsory strata manager to be appointed. There is an initial mediation process that your co-owners may not find it possible to attend. Others may know more how to approach this situation. Or approach a Chamber Magistrate, or Legal Aid?
In each or all cases, it will help if you have all the paperwork necessary to support your claim.
