We own a unit in a block of 9.

For a minimum of 2 weeks there has been a water leak showing in a first floor unit and flowing outside onto a garage below and onto the driveway.

The problem seems to emanate from the unit above on the second floor, but the plumber has been unable to obtain access to the top unit as the tenant says it is not my problem and it is not affecting me.

The strata manager has faxed the letting agent, but still does not have access.

How can access be enforced to the top unit to check and carry out repairs?

    lonely.
