Does the SC have the authority to pay for the removal of a tree on a neighbors property either fully or a 50% share in the removal with the neighbor?

As we know this payment would be coming from the Owners Corporation if allowed.

The tree is fully on the neighbors property.

A few Owners would like to have the tree removed, probably to improve their views, and have used the reasoning that the tree is damaging a dividing wall.

The tree is 10 meters from the wall  !!

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
