Ceiling Repair

      There is a verniculite ceiling in one of the units which is cracking away from the slab in a very small area.  There is concern that the cracking will get larger over time.

      If the verniculite is repaired the texture will not be the same nor will the colour match.

      In order for the ceiling to be up to scratch and look nice and not have different texture and colours, it would be necessary to redo or replace the whole ceiling by the O/C.

      Do they have the responsibility to fix the ceiling in this way?
