      Advice pls.

Changed SM.  New SM delightful lady who really knew Strata, resigned. A ‘new’ SM who was ‘assisted’ and, ‘assistant’ is now our SM.  All these changes without notification.

I only know this because as the EC of just 4 units, I recieved financial corresp with new, new SM’s name on it!  And, my correspondence dated and posted via snail mail, (emails ignored), dated 8th June 2015. containing 4 POINTS 1st of which =DEBTOR relating to the previous awful, incompetent SM who ripped our Strata of almost 1K. However, I am unable to get a reply from 2nd new SM!

Apart from homicide/suicide what are suggestions please?

p.s new look = okey, in my view!

If your agreement is with a Strata Managing agency or corporation then its up to the company which strata manger they appoint to your scheme. Your agreement would be with the company not an individual strata manager within that company. You have to check your agency agreement to determine who your agreement is/was with, sounds very confusing.

The rest of your enquiry I can’t comment on as it makes little sense and is all over the place.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
