We had the most horrible committee meeting on Friday, the sub-committee were there in force.

The Strata Manager told them they could only speak if allowed by the committee, took no notice. Strata Manager explained the role of the committee, again took no notice.

4 attendees very aggressive with their behaviour. Most disruptive

Ex Chairman told current Chairman to shut up. He was asked to leave, he refused. Not a Committee member

      a) What recourse is available to ensure this type of abusive behaviour does not happen again

      b) Is there any legal avenue we can take regarding the abusive behaviour and attitude?

      c) Would a notice to comply help? Can we barr them from future meetings if they fail to give an undertaking? Can we fine them?

      d) We are considering moving to email meetings going forward

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
