This is strata dispute, a lot owner X has filed defamation case in court against another lot owner Y, is it ok for defamation case? Because X claimed Y has repeatedly defamed X in front of all owners, and damaged X’s reputation, and claimed damages and asked for money compensation from Y.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
