The manager of the OC has been given majority rights through proxies from international investors and is running the property like a fiefdom. I’m sure this isn’t unusal, however with privacy laws there is no way to contact other owners directly regarding management issues. She also takes every opportunity to ‘police’ the property in unnecessary ways. Can someone tell me if they’ve had success in overcoming this? I’ve tried to get a seat on the committee, she has said no, we do not need anyone else. There are currently 3 members. There are 38 properties on title.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
