My strata apartment block contains 5 apartments. All owners are members of both the Owners' and Executive Committee.
We have recently approved a bylaw for a balcony to be erected off one apartment on the first floor but above common property. All members attended the relevant meeting except one, who did not provide a proxy.
The project has now reached the DA stage and the person who did not attend the meeting has submitted a complaint asking for the balcony to be smaller. The other 4 owners are happy with the approved arrangements.
Does the compainant have a leg to stand on/ If not what action should we take.
