Electrical Company requesting Meter Upgrade in NSW

      I live in a block of 5 under Body Corp. We have been contacted by our Energy Provider to upgrade our Meter.  However they cannot complete the work until a level 2 Electrician installs a Meter Protection Device to isolate our property. Currently we share fuses with other lots. The Meter and fuse boxes are on common property. Who pays for the Electrician individual lots or does  this upgrade fall under the Body Corp?
