Hi All,

Not meant to advertise but we are here really to solve rental owners and tenants issues by providing online portal for ongoing management.

We realise the rental flow can be mostly digitise and transparent to ensure all parties are kept to date and issues to be resolve within a short time frame.

I believe this tool is able to make a better community and more happy lives rather than stressing out.

Given that 50 per cent of apartments are tenanted, and therefore owned by investors, we’ll give these guys one free shot.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
