Equivalent law?

      Hello,

      Can you please tell me whether there is an equivalent law to the below NSW law in the ACT? 

      STRATA SCHEMES MANAGEMENT ACT 1996 – SECT 65A

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
