    Concerned renter
    Flatchatter

I have some questions in regards to my obligations as a tenant.

I have lived in my unit for over 6 years without any issues – paid
rent & its increases on time and provided access to the different
Agents every six months or so from the 3 different agencies over this period.  Kept the unit tidy and all.  At present, I do not have a lease.

The Agent inspected the property about a month ago and today I
received a letter stating that the owners would like to inspect the
property.  I'm curious as to what brought this up given the recent
      review of the property.

Am I obligated to provide access so soon after the inspection has been done?

Can I request a copy of the property report?

How often do I have to provide access?

Also, when I do move, what are my obligations to provide access for
      the open houses?

How many times (during a week) and what times during the day?

The agreement seems very vague on this subject.  It seems
like the Agent can require access every day and at any odd hour.

      Any advise is greatly appreciated!
