How many meetings can a committee member miss?

      NSW.

      Would like to know how many strata meetings a strata committee member can miss from one AGM to the next?  We have had one committee member using proxies and letters of authorization for 4 to 6 meetings another missed 11 meetings and the committee just received apologies.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
