      Good day,

I would like to know who normally insures ceilings in townhouses in the ACT. One ceiling in my townhouse which is under the crawl space in the attic has sustained damage. My own contents insurance does not cover it and my strata corporation insurance claims that they do not insure it either (even though a ceiling cannot be removed from the townhouse as can contents). My strata manager is known to be more than reluctant in paying legitimate claims.

      Your  thoughts please?

      Thank you.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
