      I rent in a 5 story and the elevator has been out of service for over three days.

      I have contacted the service providor who has advised they cannot repair the lift until they get sign off from the Strata Management to do the job.

      I live with my wheelchair bound father, who enjoys a few hours outside each day and as I am unable to negate the steep and broken fire stairs, poor old love has been housebound for days not to mention the stair trip isn’t doing my asthma any favours.

      Can anyone assist with the laws on lifts please.
