Hi there

My neighbor who lives below me says that every time I have a shower the pipes are very noisy and disturbs him. I dont hear anything at all when I or someone else is using thrpe shower. I’ve called strata who said that it is not their responsibility. There are three apartments on the bottom floor, and another three on the top floor. My questions are :

– Whose responsibility is it to investigate the noisy pipes? I am not even certain the noise is caused by my shower
– is it a strata issue or an owner’s issue?

Any advice would be appreciated

Just to clarify, when you say you’ve ‘called strata’ – do you mean the executive committee, the strata manager or the building manager?
