Parking ‘definition’ question

      I’ve looked in a few places for a definition of “under cover” car parking but cannot seem to find anywhere.
      I lease a small apartment which was advertised with “under cover” car parking which is only half (at most) covered by a balcony above. I often find cigartte ash, hair,and general rubbish on my car that’s been thrown over the balconies above.
      I asked the agent and they just laughed it away but I want to take it further.
      Any suggestions or help with the definition would be appreciated.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
