I’m a position holder on our executive committee for my small block and have a disruptive owner.

Is it permitted for EC or their representatives to remove their property from a common area after we’ve asked them to move it? Storage of any item in common area is not permitted as part of the standard by-laws for this building.

And, if I wish to move to issuing notices of non compliance can I claim for legal/administration costs above the amount of the non compliance notice?

    Percy

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
