Perusing the minutes from our AGM earlier this year, before the new rules kicked-in, I see a non-owner tenant in our block of 36 had her owner’s proxy plus four other proxies. She had actively sought them to push her own agenda which not everyone shares and there are many apathetic owners here.

Maybe this was legal, but is it worth making a fuss about?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
