Do I have to respond to every issue raised by the SC? Do I have to vote on every issue? If the SC has a majority to go ahead, or not, with something, do I need to let everyone know what my vote is? That is, is there some law that says I HAVE to vote for or against?

You can abstain.  But you need to say you’re abstaining.  If you’re on the Committee the least you can do is participate in decisions, bearing in mind you count in calculating how many votes are needed.

But there is nothing that forces you to vote.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
