About two years ago I moved from the quiet countryside where a peaceful sleep was a habit…to inner city Newtown. I now sleep with planes, trains, people, and garbage trucks, frequenting the street outside my home, day and night.

My solution to a good nights' sleep is to run a cd on repeat every night when I tuck myself into bed. The cd is a restful sound recording of a babbling brook, it diffuses all noise. I highly recommend this option.
