      I am in NSW in block of 24 units (we have 23 owners as someone owns 2 units). We had a SC of 3 and there had been no SC meeting for at least 18 months. 2 committee members state that the treasurer would make decisions (eg approve work orders) without putting it to SC vote. Can the treasurer do this?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
