Hello, our neighbour is spraying enamel paints on his terrace (which is right next to ours) almost all weekends and today a public holiday. We often have our door to the terrace open and have to shut it the minute he starts spraying as the toxic fumes come over into our living room.

Assuming this area is common property are we covered by the strata laws regarding fumes (like smoking)? Also, if we are how do we address this concern. We are the only renters in a small comples of owners. Thanks

Start with talking to him. Perhaps he thinks that doing it outdoors is dissipating the fumes and consequently not bothering anyone.
