Strata Committee – notice of meetings

      My understanding is that notice has to be given to committee members and then posted on the notice board 3 days prior to the meeting. No requirement to formally advise other owners.

      if the notice is not provided 3 days prior, lets say 1 day does this invalidate the meting?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
