Termite eradication – who’s responsible?

      When termites are found internally in a villa unit (in this case, it’s the kitchen) is their eradication the responsibility of the owner of the villa or of the strata?

      Just as a bit of background, an internal and external pest check was undertaken by a professional pest eradication company in December 2012. There was no report of any termites found in the inspection and this inspection was paid for by the body corporate.
