    Roots from (probably) the neighbouring lot’s tree have blocked our toilet plumbing. In order to clear the blockage it was necessary to dig up part of the laundry floor. Total cost $7095. My question is: is this a Body Corporate responsibility? Does it depend on the origin of the tree roots?

      Yes.

      Yes.  The Owners Corp should fix it and then send a bill to the OC of the adjoining building
