With recent changes to the Residential Tenancies Act the question is being asked if tenants now have too much power or do landlords still hold the whip hand.

Channel Nine’s A Current Affair has spoken to landlords who feel they haven’t had enough protection from bad tenants. But are there any tenants out their who think they have been unfairly treated by their landlords?

Do landlords have too much power? Should they face restrictions on the number of times they can increase rent in a year? What about pets?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
