Hi I’m trying to help a friend of mine who owns and lives in a villa at Sans Souci, Sydney. After buying the property my friend had a dog as well. In was approx May, 2013 when purchased. After a lot of letters telling her they don’t want the dog there.  It was so stressful for my friend that they were going to have the dog put down as he was so good and spoilt they were worried that new owners would do the wrong thing by him. As a dog lover/owner myself I offered to help re-home him. We found a very young couple who sounded great etc etc. We met them and were happy.

Since about 2 months he has jumped the fence and be taken to vets by an honest bystander. I received a text saying they no longer want him.

My friend desperately wants him back they are both fretting for each other.

Sorry for the long winded story but my question is.

      1. What can be done to my friend and dog.

      2. He is very good doesn’t bark I really can’t understand some people what advise/ help can you give us please.

      Regards

      Cheryl

What do the by-laws of the building actually say.  We need the specific wording before we can comment.
