      OK,  first, let me make it clear that I am in favour of pets in apartment buildings – provided they have permission and they don’t make a noise or destroy common property or terrorise residents in the lift.

      Secondly, I’m all for tenants.  Considering that they make up half the population of strata schemes, and that the whole negative gearing thing depends on them putting their cash down every week, why wouldn’t you treat renters with the same respect other residents get?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
